For EU customers, the 14-day cooling-off period allows you to return an item for any reason within 14 days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

8. How should I package my return?

  • Use the original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
  • Do not use envelopes or flimsy packaging, as damaged items cannot be refunded.

9. What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?

We will provide a solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

10. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! If you need an exchange, please indicate it in your Return Request Form.
Once the returned item meets our return criteria, we will ship the replacement.

⚠️ Customers are responsible for both return shipping and new item shipping costs.
